The world of HBCU football is changing and its a change that is good for all the programs. Now, 5-Star players are seriously considering and choosing HBCU programs.
#DeionSanders started this wave when he was able to land Travis Hunter at #JacksonState in a move that shocked the recruiting world.
RB Richard Young in the class of 2023 could be another 5-Star that signs with a HBCU program. Young has already come out and said that he will be visiting both Jackson State and #FAMU this offseason.
I take a look at Young’s game and what it would mean to either program if they land this talented player.
