Investing legend Charlie Munger, Warren Buffett’s chief lieutenant at Berkshire Hathaway, has died at 99, Berkshire Hathaway announced on Tuesday.
Munger “peacefully died this morning at a California hospital,” the release said. It added, “Berkshire Hathaway could not have been built to its present status without Charlie’s inspiration, wisdom and participation.”
