Mark Cuban says he’s leaving ‘Shark Tank’ after its next season

After more than a decade on TV’s “Shark Tank,” billionaire entrepreneur Mark Cuban says the next season of the investment reality show will be his last.

“It’s time,” Cuban said on a recent episode of the Showtime podcast “All the Smoke” with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson. Cuban, who owns the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks, said he plans to leave the popular ABC show after its 16th season, which likely is coming in 2024-’25. The show is currently airing its 15th season. “So I got one more year to go,” Cuban said.
